To start the booking, the first step is to reach out to us. On our website, you can either click "Get a Quote"to place an inquiry, or you can email us at hello@porcciny.com. Let us know your event details and your requirements so we know what we need to supply. We would be happy to arrange a discussion call or Zoom call with you to discuss your inquiry in more detail.

Within hours of receiving the details of your event, the same day you will receive a detailed quote based on your event details. We are always available to answer your questions. If the supplied quote is still in question, feel free to contact us at any time for clarification.

Easy Online Rental Agreement Signing

Once you've reviewed the quote and are satisfied with it and would love to move forward with the booking, before we receive the payment, we first require that our rental agreement be read through and then electronically signed using DocuSigns before proceeding with the payment.

We require at least a 50% reservation to confirm your booking with us. The remaining balance should be paid 5 days prior to the event date.- We offer an easy and convenient way to pay for and secure your booking. We will send a payment link using QuickBooks, and you have the option to pay 50%, a specific amount, or the full amount of your booking using PayPal,Venmo, a credit card, or an ACH bank transfer.

After receiving at least 50% of the required reservations and signing the rental agreement, we can officially send you an email confirmation and add your booking to our roster of events. We will also send the details of the team(s) assigned to your event.

A day before the event
We'll reach out to you a day before the event or on the same day as the event to remind you about the details, such as the delivery time, set-up requirements, and any last-minute changes (if any).

The Event Date
Our team will contact you on the day of the event, via call or text, to ensure that everything is ready before your arrival at the venue. This will help keeping the set-up time organized and efficient.

Our technicians will deliver the equipment on time and set it up for you. They will test the systems before leaving the venue. After every rental, we'll tear down and pick up our rental equipment, leaving the premises spotless!
